Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12th February 2026

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Rose Pharmacy (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of this website and any services provided by Rose Pharmacy.

By accessing this website, placing an order, booking a service, or using any service provided by Rose Pharmacy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and services immediately.

1. About Rose Pharmacy

2. Use of this website

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. While reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that information is complete, current, or free from error.

Use of this website does not create a professional-patient relationship unless and until a formal consultation has taken place.

This website and the services described are intended for use by individuals aged 18 years and over.

3. User representations and responsibilities

By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions;

  • all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;

  • you will not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose;

  • you will not misuse the website, services, or products offered;

  • you will not access the website using automated or non-human means;

  • your use of the website will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Rose Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders where these conditions are breached.

4. Clinical services and professional discretion

Some services offered by Rose Pharmacy involve clinical assessment by healthcare professionals.

All clinical services are assessment-led. Any advice, treatment, or prescribing is provided only following appropriate clinical assessment, in line with UK clinical standards and professional guidance.

The supply of medicines, provision of treatment, or issuing of prescriptions is never guaranteed and remains at the professional discretion of the healthcare professional providing the service.

5. Independent Prescriber services

Where a UK Independent Prescriber provides a consultation:

  • that prescriber holds full and sole clinical responsibility for any prescription they issue;

  • prescribing decisions are made independently following assessment under UK clinical standards;

  • overseas prescriptions are not endorsed, validated, or converted by UK Independent Prescribers.

6. Video and remote consultations

Video or remote consultations may be offered where clinically appropriate and safe.

Not all conditions are suitable for remote assessment. Rose Pharmacy and its clinicians reserve the right to:

  • decline a remote consultation,

  • terminate a consultation, or

  • recommend face-to-face assessment or alternative care,

where required in the interests of patient safety.

7. International and EU prescriptions

Prescriptions issued outside the UK, including those from EU or EEA countries, may be considered for dispensing subject to UK medicines legislation, verification, and professional assessment.

Rose Pharmacy is under no obligation to dispense any prescription and reserves the right to refuse supply where legal, clinical, or verification requirements are not met.

8. International and cross-border services

Rose Pharmacy is a UK-based healthcare provider operating under the laws and professional standards of England and Wales.

From time to time, services may be provided to patients who are located outside the UK, are travelling, or whose care involves overseas medical information. Any such services are provided solely under UK law and UK professional standards, regardless of the patient’s physical location.

Overseas medical information or involvement of overseas clinicians is considered contextual only and does not transfer, delegate, or share clinical responsibility.

9. Courier and delivery services

Where medicines have been lawfully supplied in the UK, Rose Pharmacy may assist with arranging courier delivery at the patient’s request.

Courier services are provided as a logistical convenience only. Responsibility for delivery, customs clearance, import legality, and acceptance in the destination country rests with the patient.

Risk of loss, delay, seizure, or damage passes to the patient once the medicine has been dispatched. Rose Pharmacy cannot guarantee overseas delivery or customs clearance.

10. Third-party clinicians and services

Some services advertised on this website are delivered by independent third-party clinicians who use Rose Pharmacy premises to provide care (for example, podiatry services).

Clinical responsibility and professional indemnity for such services rest solely with the individual clinician or provider. Rose Pharmacy is not responsible for the clinical delivery of third-party services.

11. Commercial & website use (online sales and services)

Online orders and payments

Rose Pharmacy may offer non-prescription medicines (OTC products) and other pharmacy items for sale via this website.

All orders are subject to product availability, pricing accuracy, and acceptance by Rose Pharmacy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities supplied, or substitute products where appropriate, including where supply would not be suitable or lawful.

Prices and errors

While we take care to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occur. Where an error is identified, we will contact you or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Cancellations, refunds, and missed appointments

Refunds and cancellations are subject to UK consumer law. Medicines may not be returnable once supplied unless faulty or supplied in error.

For private clinical services, assessment or consultation fees may be payable even if treatment is declined following clinical assessment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be chargeable.

Age-restricted products

Certain products are subject to age restrictions. Proof of age may be required and supply may be refused where verification is not satisfactory.

Product use

Products must be used in accordance with instructions provided. Rose Pharmacy is not responsible for misuse of products contrary to guidance.

Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or services and may suspend or withdraw services at any time for operational, legal, or safety reasons.

12. Third-party websites and content

This website may contain links to third-party websites or content. Rose Pharmacy does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

13. Complaints

If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact Rose Pharmacy using the details provided on this website. Complaints relating to NHS services will be handled in accordance with applicable NHS complaints procedures. Complaints relating to private services will be handled in line with our internal complaints procedure.

14. Privacy and data protection

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, this website and all content made available on it, including text, images, graphics, logos, video, software, and design, are owned by or licensed to Rose Pharmacy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and internationally.

Subject to this, Rose Pharmacy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services, including where services are declined, restricted, or referred onward for patient safety or legal reasons.

These Terms & Conditions, and any services provided by Rose Pharmacy, are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute or claim arising in connection with services provided by Rose Pharmacy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, regardless of the patient’s location at the time services are accessed.
